Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical plant, including emergency lighting systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in planned and preventative maintenance particularly in relation to electrical services. A full driver's license and IOSH – Working safely or CSCS Card are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain mechanical and electrical plant, including emergency lighting systems.
  • Work as part of the Maintenance Team to ensure efficient response to all works.
  • Provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients and deliver to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise closely with the Contract Manager and control hub to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  1. Educated to a relevant trade level (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance) or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a facilities management environment.
  3. Able to work at heights and confined spaces.
  4. Familiarity with PDAs/mobile devices and utilisation thereof.
  5. Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
