Residential Team Leader

Brook Street UK is seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Team Leader to join our team at a Children's Home in Grantham. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of residential staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins.
