Ward Security is a leading provider of security services solutions to UK businesses, offering a range of services including CCTV security systems, property management, guard dog security, and more.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing building operations, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the loading dock, including deliveries for fit outs and other large deliveries
  • Receiving, booking in, and storing post & parcels delivered to the building
  • Patrolling the building
  • Manning the reception area
  • Reporting building defects
  • Assisting members of the public and visitors with local information
  • Demonstrating excellent experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and being computer literate
  • Knowledge of technical security measures including access control, fire panel, and intruder alarms
  • SIA Licence (DS or SG)
  • CCTV Licence (preferred, not essential)
