Job Title: Building Management Officer

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of a building?

We are seeking a Building Management Officer to join our team at Ward Security Limited. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the safety and security of our building, its occupants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the safety of staff and visitors, including conducting regular patrols and reporting any security breaches or incidents.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent security breaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure operation of the building.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • SIA Licence (DS or SG) and CCTV Licence (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
