{"Job Title": "Building Management Officer", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Management Officer to join our team at Ward Security Limited. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, visitors, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the safety of staff and visitors
* Patrol the site for any security breaches
* Conduct regular patrols as per the site's assignment instructions
* Report any patrol observations and defects to the Security Supervisor
* Assist members of the public and visitors who may need help with local information
* Report any suspicious behaviors to the Security Supervisor
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain personal presentation
* Have excellent experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and be computer literate
* Knowledge of technical security measures including access control, fire panel, and intruder alarms
* Manage the post room
* Manage the loading dock, including deliveries for fit outs and other large deliveries
* Receive, book in, and store post and parcels delivered to the building
* Receive and issue all outgoing post and parcels
* Contact relevant persons to inform them of their deliveries and issue post and parcels
* Keep accurate records of all post in and out

Requirements:

* Security experience: 1 year (minimum)
* SIA Licence (DS or SG)
* CCTV Licence (preferred, not essential)
