Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead our Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational running, service development, and management of the team, ensuring high-quality care across both our hospital sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role as part of the Haematology Team, working independently to manage a high-quality care and cost-effective service for patients with suspected or confirmed Urology cancer.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality care, adhering to NHS standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
