Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to babies and their families.
Your role will involve working clinically, taking charge of the Neonatal Unit for your shift and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and managerial skills, as well as supporting you in continuing professional development.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Neonatal Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, evidence-based care to babies and their families
- Working clinically, taking charge of the Neonatal Unit for your shift
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Developing your clinical and managerial skills through ongoing training and development
