About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to babies and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to neonates and their families, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement research-based clinical nursing care practices.
  • Support and manage a caseload of patients, including health promotion and education.
  • Liaise effectively with members of the Primary Health Care team and other agencies.
