Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Community Midwife to join our team at the Neonatal Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to babies and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the neonatal team
- Develop and implement evidence-based care pathways
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN) with a specialization in neonatal care
- Post-registration professional development in neonatal nursing
- Experience working in a neonatal unit, with a focus on clinical governance and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
