Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our cancer services team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in haematology cancer care and a proven track record of leading and delivering change.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care across both hospital sites. They will take a leadership role as part of the Haematology Team, working independently to manage a high-quality care and cost-effective service for patients with suspected or confirmed Urology cancer.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • First-level Registered Nurse
  • Broad clinical experience relevant to the post
  • Site-specific/Cancer Care qualification or module
  • Nursing Degree, Masters or equivalent level experience

Desirable Criteria

  • Leadership/management qualification or equivalent level experience
