Clinical Nurse Specialist with Haematology Expertise

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to join our cancer services team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in haematology cancer care and a proven track record of leading and delivering change.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the operational running, service development, and management of the Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team. This will involve ensuring high-quality care across both our hospital sites, leading the development of strategy for continuous improvement, and implementing change in collaboration with the wider MDT (Multi Disciplinary Team) and external partners.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- First-level Registered Nurse
- Broad clinical experience relevant to the post
- Site-specific/Cancer Care qualification or module
- Nursing Degree, Masters, or equivalent level experience
Desirable Criteria
- Leadership/management qualification or equivalent level experience
