Join Our Team as a Graduate Scheme Resourcing Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Scheme Resourcing Advisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Graduate Scheme Resourcing Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our Graduate Scheme, working closely with the Resourcing Skills Lead and the cohort of graduates who started last year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the assessment centers and selection process for graduates applying to our Graduate Scheme
  • Support the development of the Graduate Scheme, including designing and coordinating assessment centers and assessment days
  • Attract and recruit graduates to start in the next cohort of September 2025, attending university fairs, building relationships with universities and educational organizations, and sourcing
  • Support the Resourcing Skills Lead in attracting and hiring 50 apprentices by the end of March, liaising with providers and sourcing
Requirements:
  • Early Careers/Graduate Recruitment experience, ideally from within the Civil Service or wider Public Sector
  • Ability to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks of interview
