Job Title: Graduate Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Development Advisor to join our team at Career Legal. As a Graduate Development Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our trainees and early careers professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees and early careers professionals to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Manage the seat rotation process to ensure that trainees are placed in roles that align with their skills and interests.
  • Review and moderate trainee seat reviews to monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Manage the secondment process, including reviewing secondment terms for international and client secondments.
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events.
  • Support the HR team with the qualification process.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services organization or law firm.
  • Strong administrative experience, with the ability to manage high volumes of processes with high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience, effective presentation skills, and strong communication skills.
  • A flexible and can-do approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
