Job Opportunity

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Development Advisor to join their London office. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to step up into an advisory position or someone currently in a Generalist HR role seeking to move into Early Careers/Graduate Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to Trainees.
  • Manage seat rotations of trainees to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences.
  • Moderate and review trainee seat reviews to monitor performance.
  • Manage the secondment process and review all secondment terms for international and client secondments.
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
  • Support the HR Team with the qualification process.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous Graduate Development or Generalist HR experience in a professional services organisation/law firm in a similar role. Strong administrative experience, high proficiency in IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint, and some project management experience are essential. Effective presentation skills, strong communication, and the ability to influence and challenge situations are also required.
