Job Summary:
Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Development Advisor to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a Graduate Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our trainees and early careers professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and guidance to trainees, ensuring they receive the necessary support to excel in their roles.
- Seat Rotation Management: Effectively manage seat rotations to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences.
- Performance Monitoring: Moderate and review trainee seat reviews to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondment Process Management: Manage the secondment process, reviewing all secondment terms for international and client secondments.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
- Qualification Process Support: Collaborate with the HR Team to support the qualification process.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Graduate Development or Generalist HR in a professional services organization or law firm.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative experience, with the ability to manage high volumes of processes with high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project Management: Some project management experience, with effective presentation skills and strong communication abilities.
- Team Player: A flexible professional with a can-do approach, who works well under pressure and is an enthusiastic team player.
