About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing engineering projects in the Cathelco/HEM Water Systems sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving engineering challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
Commercial Acumen:
  • Understand the commercial impact of project decisions and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and contractors.
Client Relationships:
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and providing technical support as needed.
Change Management:
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, assessing impacts and implementing adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, technical expertise in engineering principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
