Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a Low Carbon Solutions Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low carbon solutions for businesses across Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, breakdowns, and commissioning of low carbon solutions
- Working on CHP's, GAS Engines, and other associated power plant equipment
- Electrical & Mechanical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC, engines)
- Monday to Friday covering regional patch with call out 1/4
- Industry leading overtime & call out allowance rate of pay
- Experience working with 450KW+
- Familiar with CHP, Diesel or Gas Engines, Generators, UPS Industrial Plant or similar
- Experience as a Service Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer/ Marine Engineer
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience working with low carbon solutions. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. A full driving license is also essential.
