Kings Camps is a market leading not-for-profit organisation offering sports and activity day camps at over 50 UK locations.

We deliver high quality sports camps with an energy, passion and commitment to child development that we call the Kings Factor.
This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual who can provide leadership and guidance to multiple site managers across a region.
The successful candidate will have experience in management, supervision, observation and feedback, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sport and child development, with a strong track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and guidance to site managers across a region
- Ensure high quality delivery of sports camps across multiple sites
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making
- Support the development of new initiatives and projects
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar management role
- Strong knowledge of Child Protection, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
