About the Role

The Supporter Experience Officer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, responding to supporter inquiries, and building relationships with RNLI supporters. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to supporter inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with RNLI supporters, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and donations
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and implement strategies to increase supporter engagement and donations
  • Monitor and analyze supporter feedback, using this information to inform and improve supporter experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will also need to be proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • GCSE standard in English, or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 Customer Service skills, or equivalent
  • Proven customer service skills, with experience of working in a pressurised and varied environment
