Job Title: Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Worker Specialist

This role involves providing support to children with SEN/SEMH needs, including ASD, ADHD, SpLD and more. Working alongside a conscientious team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, as well as liaising with the SENCO in relation to students requiring additional support.

The ideal candidate will be working within an 8.30AM - 4PM Monday - Friday schedule, offering a long-term, full-time opportunity, on a term-time only basis, with an ASAP start date. The estimated salary is £105 - £110 per day based in Ealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to pupils with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Working alongside class teachers
  • Leading 1:1 and small group interventions targeting pupil progress
