About the Role:

Amplus Talent is seeking a detail-focused Product Compliance Specialist to work within an e-commerce orientated Product function. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of global product certifications, including CE, UKCA, UL, ETL, CSA, RCM, and country-specific deviations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial Compliance Manager in compiling business requirements for new Product markets and mitigating risk.
  • Assist in identifying relevant testing and certification processes for global markets.
  • Maintain commercial awareness of compliance regulations in new and existing markets.
  • Regularly assess and update testing packages through approved 3rd parties.
  • Assist in maintaining the Company's Global Compliance Matrix.
  • Support the Compliance Team in ensuring regulatory documents, technical files, and product labels adhere to varying requirements.
  • Liaise with the Product Development team to ensure compliance certificates are issued in line with the Company's critical path.
  • Support analysis of regulatory changes and updates across global markets.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in a Product Compliance role.
  • Experience using 3rd party compliance institutions.
  • Ability to act and respond quickly to manufacturer enquiries and regulator queries.
