Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Systems Programme Manager to join our technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This critical role will lead in onboarding newly acquired companies onto our strategic platforms for Operations Management, Finance, and Human Resources, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end rollout of key platforms, including finance, field management, and HR systems, ensuring successful integration in alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Implement robust project controls, overseeing time, scope, quality, risk, resource management, and change management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of all workstreams.
  • Acknowledge your position as a key liaison between the technology product team and business stakeholders, escalating any new requirements for system customisation or problem-solving, and facilitating smooth communication across all teams involved in the programme.
  • Coordinate partner and business readiness for system launches, collaborating with Managing Directors (MDs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and the CTO to ensure the necessary resources – internal and external – are available to support on-time delivery and successful system adoption.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system issues post-launch, optimising system performance where necessary, and addressing any concerns promptly to minimise disruption.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £75,000-£85,000 per annum for this role and provide 25 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus an additional day off for your birthday.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong experience in delivering complex, multi-platform programmes within medium-sized enterprises, preferably in finance, operations, and HR systems.Proven ability to engage and build relationships at senior-level positions, such as C-suite, MD, and Director level, across the group and subsidiary companies, as well as manage relationships with third-party system providers and support partners.Expertise in leading projects within an acquisition-focused environment, effectively managing change and resource allocation to achieve optimal project outcomes.A formal Programme Management qualification (PMI or similar) is desirable, alongside hands-on experience in delivering programmes involving significant business transformation and technology integration.
