About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reablement Support Worker to join our team in North Norfolk. As a key member of our Double Assist Team, you will work alongside individuals in their homes to help them regain their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Ensure medication is taken correctly and provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
