Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacy Leader for Surgical Services. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-focused clinical pharmacy services across various surgical specialties, including major trauma, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and more.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical pharmacy team, ensuring effective delivery of patient care and adherence to local and national standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical pharmacy policies and guidelines, improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services, including non-medical prescribing, medication reviews, and discharge planning.
- Work closely with senior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent clinical skills, with knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for service improvements.
