Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our Product team. As a key member of our agile team, you will work closely with marketers, data analysts, and developers to craft unique strategies and ensure our conversion pages are performing at maximum capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans to track consumer behavior and conduct continuous experimentation to drive business growth.
- Implement changes based on results to optimize conversion rates and improve overall performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to hit performance targets and drive business results.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency, lead generation, or e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge and proficiency in areas of UX design.
- A focus on delivering results with a passion to learn and grow.
