Position Title:
Faculty Role in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Position Overview:
- Engage with a vibrant community within the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology
- Deliver educational content for both graduate and undergraduate students in electrical engineering and associated disciplines
- Guide and support students while actively participating in departmental growth initiatives
- Conduct research aligned with the strategic objectives of the Engineering Department
- Incorporate advanced technologies such as quantum science, artificial intelligence, and photonics into research endeavors
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be expected to fully engage in educational and research programs, provide student advisement, and contribute to departmental projects aimed at future advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is essential
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at both graduate and undergraduate levels
- A solid record of publications and successful grant applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in areas such as quantum or nano-scale devices, artificial intelligence, or power electronics is advantageous
- Familiarity with cleanroom technologies and facilities is beneficial
