Clinical Support Associate

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in phlebotomy and hold proof of competency as a Phlebotomist or equivalent. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting blood samples from patients using sterile techniques
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contributing to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum one year's experience in phlebotomy or a related field
- Proof of competency as a Phlebotomist or equivalent qualification
