Role Overview
As a Funeral Operations Coordinator at Dignity Funerals, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our services for families in need. You will ensure accurate completion of all administrative duties throughout our branches, assist in addressing client inquiries via phone and email, and manage sensitive documentation with utmost care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various administrative tasks, including the accurate processing of sensitive information and financial invoices.
- Maintain accurate indexed records of funeral arrangements, accounts, and banking sheets through our bespoke systems.
- Communicate regularly with clients through all avenues, including email, face-to-face, and telephone, as well as preparing letters.
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with stakeholders, ensuring transparency with important information.
