We're looking for a skilled Commercial Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.

As a key member of our Commercial Vehicle Support Team, you will work closely with our customers to manage rental vehicles and reduce term time expenditure.

Your key duties will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries via email and calls
  • Ensuring the accuracy of rental period and daily rates
  • Arranging rental bookings, 'end of lease', 'end-of-life', and 'in life' movement of vehicles
  • Discussing options to reduce operating costs

Full training will be provided for this role, with a requirement of 5 days on-site at our Trowbridge office.

Once training is complete, you will have the flexibility to work remotely on two designated days.

Working hours are from 8:30-17:00.

We're looking for someone who is IT literate, able to learn new systems quickly, and can work collaboratively as part of a team.
