About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at HCRG Care Group. This role will involve leading our administrative team, ensuring effective administrative functions, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
  • Absence Management: Manage absence, conduct return-to-work interviews, and absence monitoring meetings in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Leave Management: Ensure timely management of annual leave and planned absence within Business Support to maintain continuity of services.

Requirements:

  • Clerical or Administrative Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
