Strategic Growth Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Partner. This role requires a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and value-based selling strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Key requirements for this role include:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
- B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
- Master's in business administration.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Convincing and patient attitude.
- The ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Desire to drive new sales from cold call to close.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Optional (added advantage)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of IT domain (cloud, mobile apps, web and portals, analytics).
- Knowledge of Pre-sales.
