We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Partner. This role requires a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and value-based selling strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
  • B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
  • Master's in business administration.
  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Convincing and patient attitude.
  • The ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
  • Desire to drive new sales from cold call to close.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Optional (added advantage)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of IT domain (cloud, mobile apps, web and portals, analytics).
  • Knowledge of Pre-sales.
