Primary Care Network Paramedic Leader

We are a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in High Wycombe. As a Primary Care Network Paramedic Leader, you will play a key role in leading our clinical teams and driving excellence in patient care.
The successful candidate will have experience in triage, dealing with a range of clinical conditions, and leadership skills. You will also have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and the ability to work as a team member and autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care.
- To develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- To manage and coordinate patient care within the primary care setting.
Requirements:
- Registered Paramedic (HCPC)
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
