Senior Director of Reward and Workforce Relations

Job Summary:
Leading the Reward and Workforce Relations team at Oakleaf Partnership. Being accountable for the Reward and Workforce Relations Strategy that supports the Group People Plan and business strategy to help attract, retain and manage the people.
Accountabilities:
- Developing the team to reach their full potential as a supportive leader
- Owner of colleague policies and procedures for the UK
- Managing union relationships for the UK, including negotiations, consultations and communications to all UK forums
- Owning the Total reward proposition for all UK employees
- Leading the annual pay review cycle including bonus plans, pay gap reporting, salary surveys and benchmarking
- Lead the benefits annual cycle, including flexible benefits.
Requirements:
- Experience of implementing Reward, Benefit, and workplace relations strategies with in-depth understanding of technical expertise and legislative impacts
- Experience of managing HR policy changes
- Experience in leading Union negotiations
- Leading large teams
