Job Summary:

Leading the UK Reward & Workforce Relations team. Being accountable for the Reward and Workforce Relations Strategy that supports the Group People Plan and business strategy to help attract, retain and manage the people.

Accountabilities:

  • Being a supportive Leader, developing the team to reach their full potential
  • Owner of colleague policies and procedures for the UK
  • Managing union relationships for the UK, including negotiations, consultations and communications to all UK forums
  • Owning the Total reward proposition for all UK employees
  • Leading the annual pay review cycle including bonus plans, pay gap reporting, salary surveys and benchmarking
  • Lead the benefits annual cycle, including flexible benefits.

Experience relevant for the role:

  • Experience of Implementing Reward, Benefit, and workplace relations strategies with in depth understanding of technical expertise and legislative impacts
  • Experience of in managing HR policy changes
  • Experience in leading Union negotiations
  • Leading Large teams
