As an expert in statutory reporting, you'll drive process standardization and simplification, contributing to the success of BMS's financial reporting objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced accountant with a background in finance within the pharmaceutical industry. You'll possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability in managing change. Proficiency in additional European languages beyond business fluent English would be an advantage.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll support markets with complex regulatory environments and demanding tax/statutory audit requirements. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and desired outcomes, influencing decision-making and creating/maintaining relevant governance bodies. This will involve convening, articulating material risks, and taking an active role in designing/executing response or contingency plans.

You'll work closely with the Associate Director and Managers on the team, ensuring the strategic vision and direction for the Statutory Reporting & Legal Entity Reporting CoE. Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring legal entity profitability, preparing supporting documentation, and liaising with internal business partners.

Your Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary: estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
