Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company that is committed to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines. We are seeking an Accounting and Compliance Professional to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Support markets with complex regulatory environments and demanding tax/statutory audit requirements.
  • Assist in setting short-term and long-term goals aligned with the CoE's objectives.
  • Oversee and actively participate in the establishment of standardized processes for global statutory and legal entity accounting.

You will also be responsible for computing certain intercompany legal entity transactions and performing the statutory reporting process for assigned entities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA) and at least 5 years of finance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
