About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing team of Operations and Area Managers, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Operations and Area Managers to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
