Job Description

**Company Overview:** Employal is a leading white label manufacturer working with reputable brands to bring their dream products to life. Our innovative team is looking for a talented sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with existing accounts.

**Role Highlights:*

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals

**Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads

**Account Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth opportunities

**Sales Process

  • Deliver bespoke presentations and product demos to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Manage the negotiation process, close complex sales deals, and ensure smooth handover to the implementation team

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience selling white label products
  • Proven track record in sales and business development

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £55,000 + Uncapped commission. Benefits include office based location in Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
