Site Operations Manager

Brightwork is seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the compliant and efficient operation of their northern sites. This individual will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss Account, setting and meeting site budgets, and driving a data-led decision-making culture through data collation and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business cases for developments and deliver Capital Expenditure Requirements for the client's sites.
- Discuss, review, and agree on action with Production Team Leaders regarding data-driven site performance assessment, escalating requirements or risks to the Head of Operations.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Operations, highlighting variations and plans to address deviations from plan.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safe working practices and quality policies within the Operations team, ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements.
- Promote proactive implementation of Companywide safety recommendations across the site, leading by example and driving a culture of 'Don't Walk Past' (emphasis added).
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as operations management or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site operations management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-led decision making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
