About the Role

Brightwork is seeking a highly skilled Northern Site Lead to oversee the compliant and efficient operation of their northern sites. This individual will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss Account, setting and meeting site budgets, and driving a data-led decision-making culture through data collation and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage and analyze site performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as operations management or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-led decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
