Transformation Engineer

At Stagecoach Group plc, we're seeking a highly skilled Fleet Management Specialist to join our team as an Agile Transformation Engineer. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in engineering, preferably in the truck or haulage industry, who can bring their expertise to our fleet management team. As a Fleet Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure our buses are clean, safe, and reliable on the road.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. You'll also have experience in inventory management, recruitment, and training. Bonus points if you've managed teams previously, regardless of size.
