Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- VAT Returns
- Monthly Payroll
- Processing supplier invoices
- Organising supplier pay run as required by the director
- Send customer statements
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of bank
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Processing customer invoicing
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Proficient in using accounting software Xero and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 - 47.5 per week
