**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
- Assist in the planning and execution of business strategies.
- Oversee the delivery of various financial and business services.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
- Conduct business and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software and accounting tools.
- Knowledge of current financial regulations and standards.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
