Required immediately, a small business based within Banff is looking for an Office Administrator to join on a temporary basis for the next few weeks. This role will be supporting with all administrative tasks and front of house duties, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Liaising effectively with colleagues on matters of scheduling, parts-requirement and availability and customer expectation management.
- Ensuring timely ordering of parts to meet the agreed schedule alongside accurate billing and payment of accounts due.
- Receiving bookings (online or by telephone).
- Scheduling diary.
- Pricing jobs and ensuring customer agreement to cost and timeline.
- Creating and issuing accurate invoices.
- Receiving payments.
- Receiving and recording monthly invoices.
- Handling customer queries.

**Applicants to this role require**:

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service.
- IT and database skills - including Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
