We're looking for an organised, efficient and flexible Apprentice Office Administrator to help our growing company thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain necessary skills and experience in a fast-paced work environment.

This job will entail on-call shifts and weekend work to help run the company efficiently. This can be discussed in later stages.

Proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office would be beneficial but full training will be given.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining the physical and technological infrastructure of the office
- Updating Spreadsheets
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Scheduling in jobs and dealing with clients and other contractors
- Liaising with the Finance department daily
- Scheduling appointments with clients and other contractors
- Communicating with co-workers to address issues and come to a decision as a group
- Communicating with the team on works booked in
- Providing administrative support for managers and co-workers

**Salary**: £6.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
