Job Summary

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Admin Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support in the delivery of our strategy and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist with minute-taking at meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
