Accountancy Practice Recruitment Specialist

Levitate Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the accountancy practice sector. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team in London.

Job Brief

This role involves managing accounts preparation and review, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and collaborating with other departments to provide additional services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Finalise accounts preparation and management accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison with Senior Management for clients.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide additional services to clients.
  • Deliver on-the-job and office-based training.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in managing accounts for a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to manage and support less experienced staff.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £38,000 to £48,000 per annum, plus benefits and career progression opportunities. This role also offers the potential to progress to manager due to anticipated growth over the year.
