International Marketing and Promotion Specialist

AIM is seeking a highly organized and skilled International Marketing and Promotion Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating international marketing and promo campaigns with repertoire sources, lead territory, and artist managers.
  • Overseeing territories marketing budgets and working with audience development to increase artists' profiles outside of their home markets.
  • Compiling international marketing plans and promo reports, and managing relationships with repertoire sources, artist management, and keeping them up to date on marketing and promotional activity.
  • Booking travel for artists and team members, and scheduling on-tour promotion.

Requirements:

  • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure within a team environment.
  • Ability to build good relationships with artists, artist managers, A&Rs, independent labels, tour agents, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment while producing excellent results.
  • A passion and good understanding of both repertoire and the International music market.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload.
