Financial Promotions Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Promotions Specialist to join our Marketing team at Quilter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all financial promotions for our financial planning and investment management arms, ensuring they meet the required regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implement and maintain a secure first line of defence for the marketing team and business, covering our financial planning and investment management arms.
- Manage the review and approval of all UK financial promotions, including a wide variety of financial promotions, advertising, marketing and sales literature, digital and social media assets, pitch documents, client communications, and factsheets.
- Review marketing material for our European and International arms and liaise with local compliance teams to obtain approval.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with the ongoing development, review, and maintenance of policies, marketing procedures, and MI in relation to financial promotions.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to the Marketing team on regulatory developments around financial promotions and industry best practice.
- Work with the 2nd line of defence and serve as a point of contact within the 1st line for internal and external audits.

**Requirements**

- Knowledge of the financial services sector with previous experience of approving financial promotions within a FCA regulated wealth management business or financial planning business.
- Good knowledge of FCA COBS regulations specific to Financial Promotions.
