We are seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team at Katie Bard, providing high-level support to the Head of Department. This role involves working on a part-time basis (25 hours per week), offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Tasks
• Effective diary management, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
• Coordinating meetings and events, including travel and accommodation arrangements
• Utilising Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage documents and reports
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA or senior administrator in a similar organisation. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position comes with a competitive salary package up to £28,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
